So, I'm not much of a glory hound. I mean, I don't usually go out of my way to get in the limelight - when it happens it happens but that's it. However, I've been "enjoying the silence" of my page for awhile now and think it needs a shot in the arm. My solution, after much deliberation, is women. More to the point: creating art featuring women. Apparently, that's the thing that keeps folks comin' back. I guess it'd help if they look good too...and maybe, just maybe, if the actual art has merit. So that's my new self imposed rule. For every piece of non-female related art, I shall post one that features a woman. She could be smokin' hot, ice cold, or a six eyed one legged four armed alien. As long as she's a she. Now, I'd love to tell ya this means I'll be modeling more ladies but frankly, modeling women takes awhile if you want to do it right. Men are easier because we're such a mess that few people notice when you screw us up. Nope, I'll be drawing them, inking them and in rare occasions during episodes of Invader Zim playing on my PS3 - coloring them. Next to breathing and art - women are one of my favorite things...right up there with the consumption of Vanilla Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream. Both are sweet and too much of either will likely get ya dead (just ask that guy on the corner with 6 "baby mommas").
Does this mean I've sold out? That I've finally given in to the demands of a lesser generation (sorry folks, my gen just seemed to care more)? I dunno. I don't care (yes it contradicted what I just said....SHUT UP). I'm going to do it because my little Deviant Page needs the love and because I need the practice. So there.
