Well, it's February 14th and another Valentine's Day is upon us. I'll be spending the day as I usually do - babysitting my nephew and working but I wanted to take a moment and wish everyone the best day EVER! While it'd be great to show that special someone you love them all year long, this is the one day in the year where it's expected so don't hold back! Make it a day to remember and try not to be too cliche about it. Flowers and candy are nice but my years of observing suggests that's not always the best way to go. Why not try doing something that only she or he will understand. Maybe revisit the place you met for a private picnic or take them to that show you don't want to see but they do. This is the day to put your own selfish desires aside and think of another (hopefully they're doing the same). Love doesn't come easy but is easily lost, so make the most of it.
That's it. Not much else to say. I'll leave you with some Shakespeare, feel free to drop it on your loved one today (forgive me if I don't get it quite right...memory and all that):
